1. What is the processing time: 

Please note all my items are handmade to the highest quality therefore the processing time is up to 5 working days. Please note this is processing time, please add delivery time to it. 

2. Postage: 

All items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class. This may take up to 3-5 working in normal conditions. Post time might be affected by the impact of the COVID-19. 

3. Communication:
