Shipping Policy

United Kingdom

Our P&P is free for all United Kingdom orders. All orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class and are dispatched within 5 working days. Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery is not a guaranteed next day or time definite service. Items sent by 2nd Class delivery usually arrive in 3-5 working days. 

Europe

We offer postage via Royal Mail International Signed for service that is aimed to deliver products within 7-10 working days, depending on the destination. Set cost of delivery is £7. 

International 

We offer postage via Royal Mail International Signed for service that is aimed to deliver products within 10-14 working days, depending on the destination. Set cost of delivery is £8. 

Buyers are responsible for paying customs and duty. 

Cancellation 

We regret to inform that orders that have already been dispatched (regardless of destination) cannot be cancelled. You will have to wait until order is delivered and return unused and unopened product at your own cost if you have changed your mind and wish to return. Please refer to returns policy. COVID - 19

We aim to deliver your lashes as soon as possible, however widespread delays with Royal Mail due to COVID-19 and the related disruption which are currently out of our control. Therefore if your item has still not arrived after 10 working days for UK and 20 days outside of UK, please contact us so we can assist you further.
