UK orders - second class Royal Mail
International orders - economy postage (NO TRACKING AVAILABLE) if you have chosen economy postage I will not be able to track you order and I will not be responsible for lost parcels. Parcels will take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
You can choose postage upgrade to tracked one, this will speed up delivery and order is trackable.

Every single piece is made by me with love: from choosing the colours, to rolling out the pattern, then drilling and sanding it down to assembling and packaging it up for you. I take a pride from creating those items and hope you will love them as much as I do!

What is polymer clay: polymer clay is a synthetic material created from a plastic polymer base — polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

All items are handmade and minor imperfections like air bubbles may occur. Due to handmade process each pair may vary ever so slightly.
As per nature of the handmade product no two earrings are identical - they meant to be sisters, not twins - just as with eyebrows :)

Please bear in mind that due to the lighting of the images during the photo shoot, the colour of the jewellery may vary slightly from what appears online.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns. However, if the earrings are damaged due to faults in the design, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a clean, dry place. Use of oils, creams, perfumes etc may affect longevity. Do not wear in water. May break if dropped or bent.

To clean polymer clay pieces, rub gently with a soft, wet piece of cloth. If you own a white or light colored pair of earrings and you get makeup stains on them, rubbing alcohol will clean it off. Treat these earrings gently just as you would any other piece of jewellery!
